From November thru March: PA discount is valid for up to 14 nights and reservations can be made anytime. Payment is due at the time of making a reservation and is non-refundable. From US Hwy 64 in Lake Toxaway, go north past the post office on NC 281 and the park is about 1/2 block ahead on the right.

We stayed at Riverbend Campground in June 2014. This has the friendliest hosts of any campground we have been. The campground was very clean. Interactions with host and other campers were encouraged with pot-luck-dinners and happy hour. The area has hiking, golfing and shopping and dining. We are certainly trying to go back again.

Nice little campground. They have trees and bushes between camp sites, make it feel like sites are a lot bigger, and private. Sites are level, and have a good gravel base. We will be coming back.
