Fort Benton, Montana. This is our second visit to Fort Benton RV Park. It had been 3 years since we were there last. There are new owners. They are very personable, hard workers, kind, accommodating and very professional. If possible, request "THE BAT CAVE", There is a clear shot at the sky for Dish and the trees protect the rig from the suns RAYS. Fort Benton is a great place to visit. There is a walking bridge over thew Missouri, Lewis and Clark's "Decision Point" and several Museums as well as a Fort. Remember to request the Bat Cave!

We spent a week here at Benton RV Park to explore this area of Montana.
First impressions can be deceiving! As we turned onto a gravel street between the Flour Mill and Ford Dealer I was questioning my judgement!
After quickly checking in with a very nice rate for the week we were escorted to our site and made to feel very welcome!
Level sites, good power, water and sewer hookup. Poor TV reception with our antenna. Laundry facilities in the office area with a small library. Individual shower/restrooms are spotless!
The City of Fort Benton has 3 museums and an Interpretive Center for the Upper Missouri Breaks.
Incredible history here in this little city on the river.
We enjoyed our stay and would return when in the area!

This is another friendly park in a great city (along the Missouri) to visit. The owners were helpful at every juncture.
There is water, electric and sewer. The area is well maintained and quiet. The Ford Dealership is close by should you need service.
We had a great time in Fort Benton; which was only a mile or so away. If history along the Missouri interests you consider this for a "stop". If you like small towns, this is the place you might want to visit.
A few miles away is "Decision Point" On the expedition, Lewis and Clark had to decide which fork of the river to follow. We visited that location during this stop.
In town, there is also a unused bridge across the Missouri, open to pedestrians. There is a great view of the river.
When we head West again, we will stop in Fort Benton and stay at the Fort Benton RV Park.
