NOTICE: COVID-19 Update

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We have been working very hard to ensure the safety of our coworkers and maintain the quality of our services. All of our coworkers are set up to work remotely and will continue providing first class service to all members by responding to emails, answering calls, and guiding them through our online resources. However, we have reduced our mailing days to once weekly. Therefore, you may experience slightly longer than usual delivery times for your membership supplies.

To keep you updated with details about participating campgrounds, we have created a list of parks that are temporarily closed and their reopening dates (if available). In addition, we have created a list of parks with other temporary changes to their daily operations. These details are also included within their Important Campground Notes, and parks will be removed from this list as they return to normal operations. If you would like to report a closure or change, you can email details to: info@passport-america.com

Due to changes occurring daily, we highly recommend that you call any participating campground prior to arrival to check availability during the time you wish to stay.
