A quiet and peaceful place with friendly people. We cater more to senior citizens (like us) and allow no drugs, drunks, and whatever other behavior that may be unpleasant for a church/retirement community. We also have 22 nice 1 & 2 Bedroom cottages with bills paid available to be rented monthly or preferably longer term. Very nice for a widow or older couple looking for a stable place to live away from the bustle of the city. Come to a lovely country setting with stocked ponds just far enough off the beaten path where the sound of traffic and the rumble of the city is slowly washed away with the whispering of wind through the trees.

We live outside of an old Indian town that predates our oldest registered Texas town of Nacogdoches, a close neighbor. Many historic and beautiful places to go spend the day enjoying. Our area is also known for great fishing at Toledo Bend Resevoir, or other large lakes. Close to town, Walmart is only 7 minutes away, and we are centrally located to many of the interests of the area; local golf course is our adjoining property. Come and stay a few seasons and enjoy the beauty and diversity of East Texas.
