Each time we head West we overnight here. Each site is a pull through and easy to navigate. Has 30 amp, 50 amp(yellow box) and full hookups. Easy on/easyoff I-40. Perfect for overnight or more. One negative is the mosquitoes in warm months.
Not fancy but was a great campground to stay for 1 night. Easy off and on interstate. was quiet. Bathrooms and showers clean. Would stay here again.
We spent 2 nights here. New owners -16 pull thru FHU 30/50 amp, Some shaded -quiet. Laundry, showers a restaurant. Great home made food! Friday was fried catfish for lunch which was fresh and good! Also home made fried pies. Apple apricot and peach-to die for!! Owners are very nice and hard workers! Park does not look like much, but it’s a great place to rest!! Stayed here 6/2018 In a Motorhome. And we would go out of our way to return here!!!
Double D RV Park is a hidden gem. It is a very simple park with water & electric hookups and a dump station available. It is easy on, easy off of I40 exit 1 in Oklahoma. A perfect place to stop for the night. And if you're there Tuesday thru Friday from 11 to 7 pm, the restaurant is open and serving some excellent smoked meat plates.
Nice clean park. Small but electric water sewer for a good price. Agree with previous guy. Good place to park while in transit.
Stayed at the Double D in mid-October 2012. The park was 2/3 full on a weekday. On passport rates, this is hard to beat for a decent place to stay. Electric and water included. Dump station on site. Some shade trees. You can hear the traffic from I-40, but it's not intrusive. If you're just looking for a place to hook up and stay inexpensively onroute to somewhere, it's a good choice.
