Great value! A perfect PA stop. I can't believe I only paid $9/night for full hookups, which are not always expected at a county park. Sites have lots of space and lots of trees. Access to athletic fields and hiking trails. Only 7 miles from downtown Mobile. You can't beat this place. Highly recommended.

May 2016 - This is a nice quiet campground in a woodland setting with a lake for canoeing. Large semi-private level gravel sites with FHU,some with full shade, convenient clean restrooms and a laundry, roving guard at night. only 8 miles from downtown Mobile and most tourist attractions. The lowest price we have EVER paid for a camp-site, and great value too!
