We completed our second stay at Wolf RV park and saw many nice changes since our last stay in 2019. This is the cleanest RV park we've ever stayed in and the laundry is tops. The owner and workers are very friendly and helpful. I hope to stay for an extended stay in the future and explore the area more thoroughly. It's only a little way out of town but enough to make stargazing very nice. Make sure you follow their directions and not your GPS.
Nice little campground behind a laundromat. Wifi was good. Stayed 2 nights on our way home.
Great overnight stop. Made our reservation by phone the morning of our stay from the road. Our site number and info was waiting for us outside the office upon arrival. So quick and convenient. $25 with our Passport America. Pull-thru, paved site, with picnic bench, clean, area to take our dogs and let off leash. Would absolutely stay here again. 38ft class A with tow vehicle didn't even unhitch.
Great price and nice folks here. Sites are long but narrow. Some of the turns in the park can be difficult for large rigs. There are some nice amenities--I am especially pleased to see several community clothes lines when a lot of parks ban hanging laundry. The park is showing some age and some of the utilities and facilities need upgrading. Wifi didn't work for me in the park. It is also very close to a busy freeway so there is a lot of constant noise. Still, it's a convenient location to access and is near downtown Mission and the Butterfly Park.
It's mostly a mobile home park with 17 RV sites that are in a tight parking lot style. All sites are back-in and are reasonably level. Utilities work reasonably well (in my case the sewer connector was broken) and there is a decent wifi signal. The best part is that the park is in a good location away from traffic and equidistant to Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. They also have a number of community activities to offer. When I was there they had a music jam session going on. Overall I had a pleasant stay.
This is a nice clean campground located next to the San Francisco River. The Big Horn sheep come right down into the campground. We have stayed here twice and plan on coming back.
We stayed here a few times on our way home from AZ to MI. Location is great, id guess it is a great park in the later spring and summer. in early April, they seem to be starting to get things cleaned up for the year. I highly suggest going to MOHick BBQ for dinner. AMAZING BBQ. about 5 minutes from the Park. https://missourihick.com/
We stayed here in 2018-2021 on our way south for the winter just after Christmas. The sites were fairly level, owners are amazingly nice and helpful. Any time we are going down I65, we will most likely stay again!!
Nice little campground. Stayed two nights. Quiet place to stay with lots of fishing areas around. Also a nice park nearby for the kiddos.
Sites are decent size, pool was clean, the arcade machines are old and most didn't work. The fishing pond is small and I didn't fish. We found a hiking trail behind our campsite. I will definitely visit again.
We stayed at this park a few years ago. I believe it had a different name then. Fantastic park with beautiful mature trees and outstanding sites. Be careful when driving to this park. There is a low bridge you must drive around to avoid. We will stay there again.
Very quiet and peaceful. I planned on arriving later that day so I called in the morning and they held my spot for me.
Generally a good park. Close to the freeway but the noise is not overwhelming. Unfortunately the offramp is just past the entrance so you have to drive an extra two miles in a weird loop to access the entrance. Sites are level and concrete. They are a bit close for my taste, but I've been to worse. Utilities worked well. Wifi usable but not consistent. There are lags and outages and for some reason my Verizon reception was really weak in this location. However, I had a pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.
I liked this park. Very friendly management. Good, level sites. Reasonable price. It's near the freeway, but the noise is not too overwhelming. Good communication. Wifi worked okay. Cable TV wasn't much, but that's okay. Overall I had a good experience here.
Cute little campground near Keaton beach, owners were very friendly. sites are decent with lots of space between for privacy, full hook ups and the fire pits are really nice.
I would give this four out of five stars. It is certainly not a resort. If you're looking for swimming pools and tennis courts, this is not it. Some roads are in rough condition. But for the price you get utilities that work, a very usable wifi and a very friendly staff. They gave me one of the few pull-throughs and the site was firm and level. There is some highway noise for sure, but overall I thought it was a good value.
Very nice campground, sites are level and clean with fire rings & picnic tables. Its open year-round and is my favorite go to spot in the winter when I'm in the area.
This was a good park for a great price. No day of week restrictions, and up to 5 days with PA Discount. Every employee we encountered was nice, and the park was clean. There was some road noise from semis outside the park, but isn't enough to wake you up at night. Its right off the freeway, and just a couple of miles from Walmart.
Totally recommended place to stay close to Yuma (just 10 min from downtown). Very nice and friendly hosts. Nice, clean, and really hot shower/bathroom; pool and hot tub; quiet and paceful; mix of long term and short term residents. The spaces are fairly big (bigger than most RV resorts around) with full hookups, and the discount is valid for several nights.
Great price. Peaceful setting in the woods with a small lake where you can walk around or fish. Utilities old but workable. I couldn't connect to wifi. Sites are a bit tight and not super level. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here and feel I got a really good deal at the PA price.
