Important Campground Notes

Open year round! Drive up accommodations only (no reservations). Please call ahead to check availability. PA discount is valid for one night. $10 for each night thereafter for up to 14 nights. PA discount is not valid Memorial Day Weekend, 3rd Weekend in June (local Bluegrass Festival), 4th of July and Labor Day Weekend. Credit cards accepted. Pets welcome. *Rates are for one RV and up to two vehicles. $2 for each additional vehicle per day. Cable TV is $1.75 per day.

Directions

Located 7 miles from Marion and 9 miles form Peabody. From Marion, KS – go East on Hwy 256 for 3 miles and turn right onto Upland St. Then go South for 3 miles until you reach Marion County Lake. Make another right on Lakeshore and go West until you reach the Marion County Lake Office.

Description

The park area includes approximately 300 acres, with water depth in the 153 acre lake ranging up to 40 feet. The lake is encircled by a four-mile all blacktopped road, plus several miles more of rock inlet roads furnishing easy access to every part of the park and lake area. Thousands of beautiful trees enhance the beauty of the park, making it one of the most attractive spots in the state of Kansas.

Lovely small lake in middle of Kansas. 4 long pull through s with 50amp E for big rigs. Plenty of 30amp sites, some with water. Dump station. Heated fishing dock. Peaceful surroundings.
