Horses welcome. *$5 add’l for 50amp. Rates are for up to 4 people. Max 6 people per site. $5 for reach add’l person.

Directions

Located 18 mi from Middletown & 11 mi from Monticello. From the South, Rte 17 (future I-86) Take Exit 112. Turn L at the top of ramp & drive 200 yards. At "T" intersection turn L & follow the signs for Catskill Adventure Resort. Drive 2 mi up hill & turn R on CO RT. 56 (also known as Masten Lake Rd). Drive 4.5 mi, look for our sign, & turn right onto Mt. Vernon Rd. Drive 2 mi, our new blacktop entrance is on L From the North (Kingston), Rte 209: Turn R on Summitville Rd. Drive 1/4 mi, then turn R onto Mt. Vernon Rd. This is very steep mountain road; you may choose to use Rte 17 (Future I-86) instead.
