From San Antonio: Take I-37 South (111 miles), Take Exit 31 toward TX-188/Sinton/Rockport (.03 miles), Turn left at TX-188E/County Rd 1136, Continue to Follow TX-188 (16.7 miles), Turn left when you see the sign for Rockport, Continue to follow TX-188E (26.4 miles), TX-188 dead ends at HWY 35 South Business, Turn right onto 35 South Business (Texas Tropical Trail), Marshall's Landing is on the left (1 mile) From Austin: Take I-35 South (29.7 miles), Exit 204A toward TX-123 S/S Guadalupe St., Continue to follow TX-123 S (71.2 miles), Turn left at US-181 S (46.3 miles), Slight left at TX-359 W/S 8th St (signs for Mathis/IH 37) (444 ft), Turn left toward US-181 S Turn left at US-181 S (144 ft), Take the first right onto US-181 S (20 miles), Turn left at TX-188E and follow TX-188E until it dead ends into Hwy 35 S Business (24.9 miles), Turn right onto TX 35 S Business (Texas Tropical Trail), Marshall's Landing is on the left (1 mile) From Houston: Take US 59 S toward Victoria (129 miles), Take the US-77 S exit on the left (.2 miles), Exit TX-239 Goliad/Tivoli Turn left onto TX-239 (14 miles), Follow TX-239 until it dead ends at HWY 35 Turn right onto HWY 35 (10 miles), HWY 35 turns into HWY 35 N as you enter Rockport and then changes to HWY 35 S as you travel through Rockport toward Aransas Pass, As you are heading South (out of Rockport), you will see a sign "Aransas Pass-9 miles", We are about 5 miles past that sign, Marshall's Landing is on the left

Marshall's Landing RV Resort is a waterfront RV resort located in the Estes Flats of Redfish Bay where there is some of the best fishing on the Texas Gulf Coastal Bend. Another wonderful feature of our park is the exceptional birding opportunities that nature offers right outside your door. Also, spectacular sunrises and sunsets abound with panoramic views from every vantage point of our park. Marshall's Landing is a truly unique gem on the Texas Gulf Coast.
