No RVs less than 25ft in length and no more than 10 years old. No tents, vans, pick-up campers, or pop-ups allowed. Pets are allowed (maximum 2), but pet owners must secure a pet policy from the office and abide by all of the rules stated. *Rates do not include tax.

Directions:

From I-40 take AZ-95 south via exit 9 towards Lake Havasu City/Parker, go approximately 15 miles to Chenoweth Drive (next to Lowes) turn left onto Chenoweth Drive then turn left onto Victoria Farms Road. Resort is approximately 1 mile on the left.
