Sites are level gravel/grass looking onto shady grass lawn or looking out over the panoramic high desert to the north or the mountains of the East Humboldt range to the southwest. For sky watchers and star gazers, the magnificence of the night sky is awesome. Restrooms/Showers available. Hiking. Fishing at Angel Lake. Off-roading access from park. Treed and non-treed sites. Extremely QUIET, serene, neat park. NO TRAINS. NO WI-FI. Excellent cell phone coverage and all sites have clear southern sky for satellite TV reception. Tent camping allowed. |

Park is open April to November. From May 1 to October 1, absolutely no check-ins after 7:00 p.m. PDT. No exceptions. Reservations are not required as space always available. *Discount rate applies to 2 adults, one child. $2 each additional person. No P.A. discount for tenting. |
