100 sites with sewer, water, and elctric( 36 are pull-through), can accommodate any size RV icluding tow car, no need to unhook, most sites are 30 amp, but there are several that are 50. All are fairly wide and can easily accommodate slide-outs. There are 2 large clean restrooms with showers, dump station, water station, laundry, public telephones, horse shoes, convenient hookup for telephone modem, high speed network connection and Wi-Fi throughout the park, gasoline, diesel. There is a small Country Store to provide some of your necessities. The park is open April 15th through October 15th. Local Attractions: Historic Mines, Territorial Prison, Ford Museum, Some of the states finest trout fishing streams, and sky high George Town lake. Just a couple of blocks away from the park entrance you can find tennis courts, a golf course, horseback riding, swimming pools, hot tubs and water slides. There is also an animal farm and hunting and sapphire mining in the area. The town of Anaconda is about 9 miles away is an old mining town with a historic theater and other old well preserved and renovated buildings. A tour of the town is available. The one time rich town of Butte is about 15 miles away. Butte, a bit older than Anaconda, has many points of interest, including the 90’ tall Our Lady of the Rockies. Tours are available. |
