Ed Allen’s Campground and Cottages is a family-owned campground located along the beautiful shores of Chickahominy Lake. Come to a tranquil, 85 acre shaded retreat featuring some of Virginia’s finest camping, fishing, recreation, and diverse wildlife. Try your luck on our two fully stocked ponds located in the campground, or one of Virginia’s greatest fishing retreats, the Chickahominy Lake. We offer large shaded overnight, weekly, monthly and seasonal sites. 150 total RV sites, can accommodate RV’s up to 45 ft, 15/20/30/50 amp, dump station, full hookups, partial hookups, pull thrus, tent sites, restrooms, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, showers, restrooms, handicap access, laundry, swimming pool, clubhouse, game room, restaurant, store, propane, gas, fire rings, picnic area, boating, boat ramp, basketball, biking, horseshoes, playground, volleyball.
Open end of March thru November 15th. PA is valid Monday thru Thursday. PA not valid during holidays. Reservations accepted. Must mention PA at the time of making reservation (include in "NOTES" within online form). Credit cards accepted. Pets welcome. *Site rates vary based on location and hookups. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Children 6 & under are free, ages 7-17 $2 add’l and adults $5 add’l.
From the N, S or W: Take I-95 or I-295 to I-64 E to Exit 214 (Providence Forge). At bottom of exit ramp turn R onto Route 155 S. Go 4 miles to stoplight at Providence Forge. Turn L at light onto US 60 E. Go approx. 5 miles & make a R onto Route 649/Rockahock Rd. Campground entrance is first road on R. From the E: Take I-64 W to Exit 227. Turn L onto Rte 30. Go to first stop light & make a R onto US 60 heading W. Go approx. 7 miles Turn left onto Route 649/Rockahock Rd. Campground is 1st road on R.
