Oasis of North Carolina

Oasis of North Carolina, Aberdeen / Marston, NC -- Greeted with friendly folks with big smiles and their sweet furry friends. Surprised with a washer and dryer also. A perfect ending for a long day. Thanks Bob and Sharon.

Junipers Reservoir RV Resort

Junipers Reservoir RV Resort, Lakeview, OR -- Awesome park......very well groomed and quiet. It is in the middle of nowhere with birds and animals around. Lots of hiking trails and the neatest bathrooms and showers of any park we have stayed at. Highly recommended if you want some peace and quiet!! The hosts are excellent....will help you out anyway they can!

Sleeping Ute RV Park

Sleeping Ute RV Park, Towaoc, CO -- Hubby, dog and I spent 33 days going through 17 states this summer. We had two campgrounds that stood out for us, both Passport America members. One was Sleeping Ute in Towaoc, Colorado! For some the fact that it is next to their casino might be a draw back, but since you don't see or hear it, I see no drawback. What I did find was huge, spotless showers that were gorgeous, green grass everywhere, and great view of the beautiful cliffs and mountains. This place is also within a day's commute from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and situated in the corner of Colorado that is farmland and oh-so-pretty! We will come back!

Tombstone Territories RV Resort

Tombstone Territories RV Resort, Tombstone / Huachuca City, AZ -- Hubby, dog and I spent 33 days on the road through 17 states. We had two campgrounds that stood out for us, both members of Passport America. One was Tombstone Territories! This is a place that I would spend the winter in Arizona at! Beautiful scenery. Well laid out sties, all good sized, and the facilities were over the top! The person who built this overbuilt with class and amenities, and campers really benefit from it. I will return!

The Haven Campground

The Haven Campground, Harvey, ND -- The Haven is remote but worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet with a view! Full hookups with excellent water; clean, well maintained grounds, and a cozy, enclosed gazebo for hanging out if you choose. The owners were so hospitable and even gave me fresh vegetables from their garden! The directions from the PA app is how I located them as my Garmin took me to an empty field!
