Every time we receive an application, we check to see where the brochure came from and log it in our computer database. When we receive an application by phone, we ask "How" the person heard of Passport America. If they have a brochure handy we ask them to check
right of “Ref By” on the bottom of the application for a name or ID number. Once the new membership application is processed, their name is sent to your account. We keep a record of all your referrals within your account for as long as you remain a Passport America member.
Note: Once a member is entered in our database, we cannot go back at a later date and change how they heard about us or how or who they joined under. Members cannot join under two different separate sources.
