- MONDAY MARCH 26th, 2012
- NOON - 5pm: VISIT THE VENDORS
- 6:15pm: OPENING VENUE: Jerry opens with a Music Salute and then we'll serve delicious JAMBALAYA and drinks!
- 7:00pm: ENTERTAINMENT: MALT SHOPPE MEMORIES
- TUESDAY MARCH 27th, 2012
- 7:30am: BREAKFAST: Gautreaux Louisiana Fresh Beignet's, Fruit, Coffee/Juice
- 8:30am: Casino Day Trip Tour: Rise and shine, tank up with our breakfast, and then jump on our charter bus to the Cypress Bayou Casino in Charenton! This optional tour gives you $5 in Free Play and a Lunch Buffet. We negotiated this casino tour for $15! You read it right...GREAT DEAL! Beverages, Snacks and Card games are welcome on the charter to the casino and back!
- 9:00am: GOLF TOURNAMENT: At Bayou Bend Golf Club and Tee off is at 10:00am. Golf Cart Included. 18 hole course with club house. (Prize awarded at the course and Red Beans/Rice Lunch included. Enrollment fee $35)
- 9:00am - 4:00PM: SEMINARS, VISIT THE VENDORS: See Rally Guide for seminar times and locations.
- 2:00pm: CASH BINGO, CARDS & TEXAS HOLD'EM

- 6:00pm: GAME SHOW: Heartland RVs present, "RV or RV Not Together?" Back by Popular Demand is the Very exciting Couple's game show that's fun and entertaining for everyone. Hosted by our great host 'Jerry!'.

- 7:30pm: ENTERTAINMENT: Bayou Boogie! Nationally renown group with amazing Sounds of Zydeco, Cajun, Mardi Gras, Boogie Woogie Music and everything in between. You may end up on the dance floor with this high energy show.

- 8:00am: Coffee & Donuts from Gautreaux Doughnut Kitchen
- 9:00am - 4:00pm: SEMINARS AND VISIT VENDORS: Seminars times and dates posted in itinerary guide.
- 5:30pm: FULL COURSE CATERED DINNER
- 6:00pm: T-Shirt Raffle Drawing and Prizes given
- 6:00pm: ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT: " Louisiana Rhythm Katz " Hot like some Louisiana Sauces". This band comes complete with special ingredients, that has been used in Cajun Cooking Appetizers, A Swamp Pop "BAMM" smooth Blues pallet cleans-ers, some Country Fried sweet tunes and a Rock and Roll bit of dessert. Usually a great family recipe like this is kept secret for generations. It is our intention to share the heritage of this great music. (After the Entertainment join us to play CASH BIN-GO or TEXAS HOLD'EM FOR PRIZES)

Notes
The City of Rayne RV Park is huge and can accommodate hundreds of RV's with both water and 30 or 50 amp sites. There are 3 dump stations to use and are easy to access. In addition, you have use of shower facilities, outdoor swimming pool (in season), a walking track, tennis courts and a large outdoor Pavilion. Move in is Monday March 26th and groups of 2 or more rigs must arrive together to park together. Price includes 4 Nights of Camping. Early Birds can arrive on Sunday March 25th, 2012 @ $30 and you will be parked at your permanent rally site. Be prepared to empty your tanks upon arrival. Extra length hoses may be needed at sites. All meals and most activities are included in you Rally Package.
