24 total RV sites. Can accommodate Rvs up to 45'. 20/30/50 amp service. River frontage. Partial hookups, back-ins, 10 pull-thrus, and 10 sites on Salmon River Bank. Wi-Fi, restrooms, showers, laundry, dump station, nature watching, water, picnic area, ATV, biking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, and recycling. Tent campers welcome, lots of grassy area on river frontage. Large covered pavilion for group gatherings, BBQs, etc. Gazebo with stone fire pit in corner of park on banks of Salmon River. We can book jet boat trips in Hells Canyon or rafting trips on the Salmon River. Private sandy beach nearby. Hundreds of miles of ATV, horseback, and hiking trails within 10 minutes of park. Located 17 miles from Hells Canyon National Rec Area and Pittsburg Landing - the launch site for commercial jet boat trips to tour Hells Canyon. |

Hwy 95, traveling south from Grangeville: At bottom of White Bird Grade, drive past 1st White Bird Exit for approx 1 mile. Hoots Cafe will be on left and right turn lane appears for 'Old 95' and 'Pittsburg Landing/Hells Canyon'. Take exit, drive for 1/2 mi. Swiftwater on left before crossing Silver Bridge over the Salmon River.
Hwy 95, traveling north from Riggins: (about 24 miles north of Riggins). Look for mile post signs and immediately after MP 222, take left turn exit (signs for Pittsburg Landing / Hells Canyon). Drive for 1/2 mi. Swiftwater on left before crossing Silver Bridge over the Salmon River. |
