It's a shame that the name is so "extreme"--it creates an expectation that is not possible in this setting! This park does not have Oasis qualities; rather, it is newly-carved and rather spartan. But, don't let that stop you! The Office was "on the ball" and friendly. IF you have your own satellite for TV, you should be very comfortable here. They do not have CATV and there is NO OTA TV reception! Wifi is terrific, however. I thought it was a bit pricey, even at Passport rate. Parking is easy and adequate for overnighting. It appears to be inhabited by long-term leases but was quiet. Pics posted here.

We have stayed at Oasis twice now. Both times we found the park owner on site and extremely helpful. He keeps the park neat and clean and very quiet. It is easy to access just off the highway. The sites are level and long with sufficient space in between. There aren't pools and playgrounds but rather space, fresh air and country quiet. Wish there were more quiet stop over parks like this for those of us who crave simplicity.
